Refund policy

Shipping

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipments for damages and shortage at the delivery time, in case of a shortage or damage they should notify the driver at the time of delivery. Any issues with the delivery must be photographed and noted with the delivery driver on the shipping documentation in order to initiate a claim. After notifying the driver and taking photos, customers need to contact us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours after delivery. After receiving your claim we will assess and proceed to exchange any tile damaged in transit as quickly as possible! Issues identified after the 48-hour time frame are the responsibility of the customer, as carriers will not process claims after that time.

Refunds
We highly encourage customers to order a sample tile to familiarize themselves with the authentic Moroccan handmade Zellige tiles prior to deciding on the full purchase. 
All sales are final once payment is received. Refunds or Exchanges are not permitted after 24 hours or receiving checks and 6 hours after online payment, as inventory is allocated to each customer based on the time the order is placed.

All orders custom orders require 100% payment at time of order placement. Sales tax is applied at the time of payment and paid as part of the original order. Shipping costs are charged with each order, unless the order is being picked up at our showroom in Charlotte or at the warehouse.  Please note that any changes to orders, shipping dates, and/or shipping methods may result in additional costs that will be determined at the time of the change request
